❔ How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your Order is on the way" containing your tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account at powertrail.ca and viewing your order history.
Tracking not received? Check your spam/junk folder, or contact us at info@powertrail.ca.
📦What if my order never arrived?
- Log into your account at powertrail.ca to check your order status
- Click your tracking number to see the latest delivery status with the carrier
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
Check with neighbors or building management
Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
Contact us within 7 days at info@powertrail.ca for assistance
We'll work with you to resolve any delivery issues quickly.
💬What if I received the wrong product?
We're sorry for the error! Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order:

Include in your message:
- Order number
- Photo of the product received
- Description of what you ordered vs. what you received
We'll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.
