Thank you for choosing POWER TRAIL! In order to provide you with the level of service you deserve, please read the following conditions carefully and keep your original proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Warranty Commitments

We offer a warranty on all NITECORE products purchased directly from our website www.powertrail.ca. Any defective or non-functional product upon receipt can be exchanged for a replacement within 15 days of purchase. During the warranty period, we will repair any Nitecore product that ceases to function properly.

Important: If you purchased your NITECORE product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for warranty service. Power Trail only provides warranty coverage for products purchased from its official website.

NOTE: Warranty applies only to products and accessories listed above.

Warranty Terms

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Nitecore products receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers labor costs and maintenance, excluding accessories or replacement parts.

During the warranty period, if the product has been discontinued and no parts are available for repair, we will select a NITECORE product with similar performance or equivalent value for replacement.

Warranty Details

  1. Power Trail provides warranty service for all products purchased directly from www.powertrail.ca. If a problem covered under warranty occurs, customers can contact us directly for their warranty claim.
  2. Within 15 days of purchase, Power Trail will replace defective products with an equivalent or superior model from the same series or with similar performance if replacement cannot be made within the required timeframe when certain products are discontinued.
  3. Unauthorized third-party repair or modification voids NITECORE's warranty.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty is NULL AND VOID in the following cases:

a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, intentional destruction, unauthorized modifications or reconstructions

b. Damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance, or failure to follow product instructions (refer to user manual)

c. Damage caused by battery leakage

d. Normal wear and tear, discoloration and cosmetic damage (product appearance)

e. Accessories included with flashlights such as: glass, belt clip, USB connector, protective pouch

f. Products with defaced or illegible serial numbers

Warranty Service - How to File a Claim

To submit a warranty service request, please email us at info@powertrail.ca with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Model
  • Copy of invoice or proof of purchase
  • Brief description of symptoms

Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation email can be used as proof of purchase as long as it shows the purchased item name and purchase date. You can also check your order history in your customer account.

Cannot locate your receipt? Send an email to info@powertrail.ca with the product model and serial number (13-digit number engraved around the flashlight bezel).
