Operating Instructions

Rear Button / Rapid Lock: The EDC31 has an intuitive control system with dual-level locking.

Power ON/OFF: When the light is off, press the rear button fully to turn it on. When the light is on, press the rear button fully to turn it off.

Brightness levels: When the flashlight is on, half-press the rear button to cycle through brightness levels: ULTRA-LOW - LOW - MEDIUM - HIGH. The EDC31 has a memory function: when the flashlight is reactivated, it automatically accesses the previously memorized brightness level.

Momentary tactical lighting: When the light is off, half-press and hold the rear button to access SEARCH mode (spotlight). Release the button to turn it off. When the light is off, fully press and hold the rear button to access LUMIN SHIELD mode (floodlight). Release the button to turn it off.

Direct SEARCH mode access: When the light is on/off, half-press and hold the rear button to directly access SEARCH mode. Release the button to return to the previous state.

Direct LUMIN SHIELD mode access: When the light is on/off, fully press and hold the rear button to directly access LUMIN SHIELD mode. Release the button to return to the previous state.

Lock/Unlock (Rapid Lock): The EDC31 has two lock modes.

Half-lock mode: When the light is on/off, slide the Rapid Lock button upward while half-pressing/fully pressing and holding the rear button. The lock icon is visible under the Rapid Lock button. In half-lock mode, half-press and hold the rear button to access SEARCH mode; fully press and hold to access LUMIN SHIELD mode.

Full lock mode (default setting): When the flashlight is on/off, slide the Rapid Lock button upward to access full lock mode. The lock icon is visible, indicating that the rear button is not available to activate the flashlight.

Unlock: In either lock mode, slide the Rapid Lock button downward to exit lock mode.

ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation): The integrated ATR technology regulates the EDC31's power according to working conditions and ambient environment to maintain optimal performance.

Charging: Rotate the USB-C cover at the rear to access the integrated charging port. Connect the USB-C cable to a power source. A power indicator warns you when charging is complete. Charging time: 2 hours.
