Optimized Charging Performance and Dual Mode

The 2 USB-C ports deliver up to 22.5W of power for fast device charging, full smartphone charge in less than an hour. The optimized 9V voltage (vs 3.85V on Gen3) drastically improves charging efficiency. Choose between Standard mode for maximum fast charging (6800mAh available at 3A) or Eco mode for optimal energy efficiency on low-consumption devices (7200mAh available at 1A, headphones, earbuds, smartwatches). The RGB dynamic lighting of ports visually indicates active mode, yellow in Standard, green in Eco, recognizable at a glance even at night. The Pass-Through function allows charging a device via OUT2 (10W max) while the battery itself recharges via IN/OUT1, zero downtime.

Operating Instructions

The NB10000 Gen4 has a touch button and intelligent light indicators for intuitive control.

Knock-to-Wake function (tap to activate): Tap your finger on the top of the device to turn on power indicators and display remaining battery level. Indicators will turn off automatically after about 10 seconds. Charging port indicators will also light up yellow (Normal Mode) or green (Eco Mode) to indicate current output mode, then switch to dynamic RGB lighting for about 1 minute before turning off automatically.

Battery level display: Touch the touch button and corresponding battery level indicators will light up to display remaining charge, then turn off automatically after about 10 seconds without action. Status: 4 constant = 75-100%, 3 constant = 50-75%, 2 constant = 25-50%, 1 constant = 10-25%, 1 flashing = <10% (recharge immediately).

Charging the power bank: Use the charging cable to connect a power adapter to the USB-C port (IN/OUT1) of the product to begin the recharging process. Charging port indicators will light up for 1 minute then turn off automatically. During recharging, blue battery level indicators will progressively transition from flashing to steady lighting. When the battery is fully charged, all 4 blue indicators will remain permanently lit.

Output mode change: When no device is connected, press and hold the touch button to alternate output mode. When charging port indicators turn green, output is in Eco Mode (5V⎓1A for low-consumption devices). When they turn yellow, output is in Normal Mode (fast charging).

Charging an external device: Use the charging cable to connect an external device to the product's USB-C port. Port indicators will turn yellow (Normal Mode) or green (Eco Mode), then switch to dynamic RGB lighting for about 1 minute before turning off automatically. During charging, battery level indicators remain steady, and the number of lit indicators reflects remaining energy level.

Pass-Through function: When USB-C port (IN/OUT1) is connected to a power adapter to charge the power bank, the other USB-C port (OUT2) remains available for output (10W MAX). This allows simultaneously charging the battery and an external device.

Disable/Enable RGB lights and Knock-to-Wake: While charging the power bank, press and hold the touch button for about 6 seconds until port indicators flash twice to activate or deactivate these functions. Note: The knock-to-wake function will activate automatically during first charge or discharge.

Turn off port indicators: When charging port indicators are on, touch the touch button to turn them off immediately.
