Quad-Core NiteLab UHE LEDs and Intelligent Proximity Sensor

The 2 quad-core NiteLab UHE LED system with white and red auxiliary LEDs offers a wide 100° field of view to properly assess the terrain ahead, ideal for nighttime running sessions. Its integrated optical sensor automatically reduces brightness to 100 lumens when a nearby obstacle is detected (orientation map, backpack, etc.), preventing overheating and extending lifespan. Its 2 different-touch switches allow one-handed activation, with 4 white brightness levels, 2 white auxiliary levels, 3 red modes and SOS and Beacon special modes. Its integrated 4000mAh USB-C rechargeable battery offers up to 86 hours of runtime depending on the mode chosen, with 4 battery level indicators and the unique ability to charge and use simultaneously.

Operating Instructions

Charging function / Power button / MODE button: The NU45 is equipped with an intelligent charging system and 2 different-touch switches for one-handed activation.

Charging: Rotate the USB protective cover clockwise and use the USB-C cable to connect an external power source to the charging port. Charging time: approximately 1h. During the charging process, 4 power indicators on the side flash. When the battery is fully charged, all 4 indicators light up steadily. Standby time after full charge: approximately 12 months.

Power ON/OFF: When the light is off, press and hold the power button for 1 second to access LOW. When the light is on, press and hold the power button or MODE button for 1 second to turn it off.

White light: When the light is off, press and hold the power button for 1 second to access LOW. When the primary white light is on, briefly press the power button to cycle through levels: LOW - MID - HIGH. When white light is on, press the power button twice to access TURBO. Press the power button again briefly to return to the previous state, or the device will automatically return to the previous state if not used within 23 seconds. Note: TURBO level will decrease to avoid overheating and extend battery life during prolonged operation.

Red light: When the lamp is off, press and hold the MODE button for 1 second to turn on red light. When red light is on, briefly press the power button to toggle between Red LOW, Red HIGH and SLOW FLASH.

Light source switching: When the lamp is on, briefly press the MODE button to switch between primary white light, auxiliary white light and auxiliary red light.

Special modes (SOS/Beacon): Regardless of the headlamp's state, press the MODE button twice to access SOS mode. When one of the special modes is activated, briefly press the power button to toggle between SOS and BEACON. Press the MODE button twice again to return to the previous state.

Lock/Unlock: When the headlamp is off, press and hold both buttons for 2 seconds until the lamp flashes 3 times to indicate access to lockout mode. In lockout mode, brightness levels and special modes are unavailable and the light flashes once when you press either button. In lockout mode, press and hold both buttons for 2 seconds until the lamp turns on in ULTRALOW mode to indicate unlock.

Power indication: When the light is off, briefly press the MODE button, the corresponding power indicators at the bottom will light up and turn off after 2 seconds. Indicator status: 4 indicators = approximately 100%, 3 indicators = approximately 75%, 2 indicators = approximately 50%, 1 indicator = approximately 25%. The battery should be recharged when output seems low or the lamp no longer responds.

Sensor protection function: When the integrated optical sensor detects an obstacle ahead, brightness automatically decreases to LOW level (100 Lumens). The headlamp will return to its present brightness level once the obstruction is removed. Sensor sensitivity may vary depending on colors and materials of obstructions. Note: This function is not available when red light is on.
