The Nitecore UT2000 redefines trail running lighting with its MCT Triple Temperature system and 8 NiteLab® UHE dual-core LEDs. Maximum output of 2000 lumens with a 220-meter beam and 55-hour runtime in LR mode with the included Carbon Battery™ 12K, the ultimate headlamp for 100-mile ultras and the most extreme single-track night races. Compatible with any external power bank via the included USB-C extension cable, the UT2000 delivers full 2000-lumen power on any high-capacity PD source, giving you autonomy proportional to your race distance.

MCT TrueVision+ System and Trail Versatility

The UT2000 offers three selectable color temperatures via the MCT system: 6500K (CRI 73) for open terrain and distant spotting, 4500K (CRI 83) for technical slopes and snow trails, 3000K (CRI 97) to cut through fog and rain on the toughest courses. TrueVision+ technology and the unibody multi-faceted optic produce a wide, smooth, shadow-free beam that reveals every root and rock on the trail. The slider mode switches between High Performance (HP) Mode, sustaining peak brightness, and Long Autonomy (LR) Mode, optimized for ultras and night aid stations. The Carbon Battery™ 12K (12,000 mAh) charges via USB-C with 27W input and 30W output to recharge other devices on the go. Paired with the NB20000 Gen3, the UT2000 delivers 2000-lumen Turbo with approximately 8h in HP Mode or 12h in LR Mode. The integrated 40 mAh emergency battery automatically takes over when the main source is depleted, providing 30 minutes of backup light to safely reach the finish.

Rugged Construction and Trail Ergonomics

Built from polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, the UT2000 withstands driving rain, stream crossings, and mud on the most technical mountain courses. 3 buttons enable intuitive one-handed control even with thick gloves. Its integrated red rear light ensures your night visibility, an essential safety signal that alerts other runners and vehicles to your presence on narrow single-track trails. The split-type design positions the battery at the back of the head for perfect front-to-rear balance, reducing neck fatigue on ultra-distances where every gram and every degree of comfort matters.
